Home Repair Team, Inc, owned by Rob Hajek, CGR, CAPS, GBP and Julie Hajek, CAPS, in North Liberty, IA, was started in 1998 as a part-time handyman business, and is now a full service remodeling business. In 2001, the business expanded into remodeling, and by 2007, design services were added to the business model. Rob was named the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association Remodeler of the Year for 2007, and was the NAHB Remodelers Membership Recruitment Winner in 2008. Currently, Home Repair Team does over $1.5 million in remodeling/design business and is focusing on it's next area of growth.
