David Simon
David Simon is president of operations for Wisconsin’s largest home builder, Veridian Homes, based in Madison. A part of the home building industry since 1982, David has led Veridian Homes to numerous recognitions, including 2008 Builder of the Year from Professional Builder magazine, 2007 US Energy Value Builder of the Year, 2006 National Housing Quality (NHQ) Gold Award and a 2005 NHQ Silver Award, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
